When we feel overwhelmed, burned-out, exhausted, stuck, or confused, having a space to open up without fear of judgment is incredibly important. We all deserve understanding and support as we figure out what we need in our healing. Sometimes, the hardest part is just knowing where to turn or how to start.

I offer a holistic body-mind approach called somatic therapy. In somatic therapy we focus on the mind-body connection to help you feel relief from anxiety & chronic stress, process experiences of grief & loss and find physical & emotional well-being.

I support BIPOC, women, Latinx/e, immigrants, cultural workers, healers, creatives and folks that move in-between cultures and identities. We work together to unpack the impact of a culture that leaves us feeling overwhelmed and burned-out and transform anxiety and chronic stress into peaceful, purposeful and joyful lives.
