I am a born and raised Puerto Rican therapist living Oakland, California. I help BIPOC women, Latinx/e, immigrants, cultural workers, healers, creatives and folks that move in-between cultures and identities as they transform anxiety and chronic stress into peaceful, purposeful and joyful lives.
